From a Canadian QSR brand's first Indian stores to menu development on the Sydney waterfront — each project below is described by exactly what we were engaged to do.
Mary Brown's brand · Canada → India · Operations & rollout partner
Bringing a 55-year-old Canadian fried-chicken brand to India — from kitchen to grand opening. This one has a full case study of its own.

Lucknow · End-to-end hotel consulting
A complete hotel consulting engagement — taking the property from concept and feasibility all the way through to live operations, revenue strategy and the guest experience.
Best Western Plus Levana is a full-service hotel in Lucknow. SG Hospitality worked across the whole arc of the property — the early decisions that shape a hotel, the pre-opening detail that makes a launch land, and the day-to-day systems that keep it running.
The brief spanned both sides of the business: operations and revenue on one hand, and brand, marketing and the texture of the guest experience on the other — from the arched Atrium dining room to the candle-lit rooftop.

Lucknow · End-to-end restaurant & bar consulting
An end-to-end restaurant and bar engagement for an atmospheric garden venue — building both the food and the beverage sides into one coherent guest experience.
Pebbles is a bar and bistro in Lucknow with a distinctive open-air garden setting. SG Hospitality consulted end-to-end — shaping the menu and the bar program together so the kitchen and the drinks list felt like one idea rather than two.
Alongside the food and beverage work came the service standards and training that let a venue with this much character deliver on it, night after night.

Unit of Three Vee Marketing Pvt. Ltd. · Mohali
Setting up an in-flight kitchen built for the exacting demands of aviation catering — where hygiene, timing and consistency are everything.
SG Hospitality was engaged to set up the Mohali flight-kitchen operation for SkyBites, a unit of Three Vee Marketing Pvt. Ltd. — designing the production line and the systems an in-flight kitchen needs to pass muster with airlines.
The operation today caters to IndiGo.

Context: SkyBites is a unit of Three Vee Marketing Pvt. Ltd. and has grown into a leading in-flight kitchen in the Chandigarh tri-city region. India's in-flight catering market was estimated at roughly USD 208 million in 2025. SG's role was the Mohali flight-kitchen setup described above; the airline relationships and the company's wider growth are SkyBites' own.
Spiced by Billus · Barangaroo, Sydney
A menu and beverage development program for a modern Indian restaurant on Sydney's waterfront — the kind of international brief that stretches a kitchen's range.
Spiced @ Barangaroo is a modern North Indian restaurant on the Sydney waterfront. SG Hospitality contributed a menu and beverage development program — building dishes and drinks that hold their own in a competitive waterfront dining precinct.
It remains our furthest-flung engagement, and a sign of where the group's work can travel.

Context: Spiced @ Barangaroo is a Chef Hat Award venue known for its waterfront setting and strong public reviews. Those accolades belong to the restaurant; SG's contribution was the menu and beverage development program described above.
With World of Hospitality · Yashobhoomi, Dwarka, New Delhi
Beyond client work, a turn on the other side of the pass — helping create a national stage for culinary talent as a collaborating partner.
SG Consultancies collaborated with World of Hospitality to organise the Incredible Chef Challenge 2024 — a culinary competition held from 5–7 June 2024 at the India International Convention & Expo Centre (Yashobhoomi), Dwarka, New Delhi.
The challenge ran alongside Annapoorna InterFood and was supported by FICCI and the Ministry of Food Processing Industries, drawing more than 1,000 participants. SG featured among the event's partners.

Context: the Incredible Chef Challenge 2024 was hosted under Annapoorna InterFood and World of Hospitality. SG Consultancies' role was as a collaborating and supporting partner, as described above.
Indian Army · Delhi Cantonment
Building service capability inside an institutional setting — training the team of an Army guesthouse and helping set up its café.
For the Officers' Mess guesthouse in Delhi Cantonment, SG Hospitality delivered a hands-on training and café-setup engagement — bringing hotel-grade standards to room service, housekeeping and in-room dining for the team on the ground.
The brief also included helping set up the guesthouse's café, "Bayonet Street" — an open, garden-side space giving the property a relaxed dining option of its own.

Opening, scaling or turning a venue around — let's talk about what it needs.
